How does Cutty’s work and what are the benefits of being a member?

When you buy an ownership in Cutty’s, you are buying a 1/3000 undivided interest into this park. This one-time purchase is set at $400.00. The park is owned by the members. The members pay annual maintenance fees—which at this time are $600.00/year. You may also pay your maintenance fee on a quarterly basis which would be $150.00 every 3 months.

Cutty’s is a non-profit organization, so all monies spent at Cutty’s remains here for park improvements and maintenance of the resort, insurance, property taxes, salaries, etc.

Being a member of Cutty’s entitles you to 30 days of camping each season for $1 a day. When your 30 days are up, you would then pay $15.98 per day.

Our season is April 1 to October 31. We do not have year round camping. Our seasonal sites that members rent from April to October are all taken.  We have plenty of open camping sites avalible.  No reservations required for members. No long term camping is available at this time.
