Whether you're hosting 50 or 125, members and their guests can book the Clubhouse or the Adult Event Center.
Clubhouse Rental
The price for the Clubhouse including the kitchen is $300 + tax for up to 125 people.
An extra charge is required if your event lasts longer than the standard building hours, at a rate of $25.00 per hour.
Additional hours must be planned in advance at the time of booking as a courtesy to our attendant. Any unplanned additional hours will be charged at a rate of $50.00 per hour.

5-hour reservation with set-up and cleaning time

Clubhouse Rules and Guidelines
Membership & Responsibility
Only members or a guest of a present member can rent the Clubhouse. There is no smoking allowed in the building. You, as a member, are responsible for all your guests.
Beverage & Property Policy
We allow beer and wine in the building—no hard liquor. The building is to be returned to the condition that you found it in. A charge for any damages, will be collected if the building is not returned to the condition it was in when you found it.
Clean-up & Maintenance
We ask that you put all of your trash in the white bin located by the parking lot, and sweep and mop if necessary. There are cleaning supplies located in the kitchen closet. If not cleaned, there will be a cleaning fee of $200.00 or the actual cost of cleaning, whichever is higher, charged to the member.
We would also like to remind you that the indoor pool, hot tub, sauna and fitness center are not included in the Clubhouse rental. There will be no exceptions. Please make sure that your guests are aware of this rule.
