Heavy Duty Foil Burger
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 garlic clove
- 4 slices of onion
- 4 slices of potato, thin
- 4 Tbsp butter
- salt & pepper
Step by Step Instructions
Season beef with salt, pepper and garlic.
Form into 4 patties.
Place each patty on its own lightly oiled square of heavy-duty foil.
Top each patty with an onion and slice of potato.
Season again (if you choose) with salt and pepper, and a dollop of butter.
Carefully seal the foil around each patty.
Place on medium-hot coals for about 30 minutes.
Turn at least once during cooking.
