- 1/4 c. chopped ham
- 1/4 c. chopped green pepper
- 1/4 c. onion
- 1/4 c. butter
- 8 eggs
- 1 10oz. can cream of mushroom soup
Step by Step Instructions
Take the ham, green peppers, onion, butter, and cook over fire until tender.
Mix eggs and soup together, then add to the ham mixture.
Put the omelette back on the fire and wait for the eggs to set.
Make sure you keep stirring.
